Please read these before placing an order. By ordering with Dellaz you agree to them.
Every cake is made to order. We ask for at least 3 days' notice so we can plan and bake fresh — tiered, custom, and wedding cakes may need more. Dates fill quickly, so the earlier you book, the better.
Your price is built and confirmed in the configurator before any payment, and is shown in USD. Decorative or bespoke work may be quoted separately. Nothing is charged until you confirm your order.
A 30% deposit confirms your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. You can pay securely by card (handled by Stripe) or choose to pay cash on collection — in which case we'll confirm your order by email and you settle when you collect.
Need to change flavours, size, or the date? Contact us as early as you can. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price; close to the fulfilment date some changes may not be possible.
Your date is held by your deposit. Cancellations are handled case by case: once ingredients are purchased or production has started, deposits may be non-refundable. Any refund we do issue is returned to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
Collect from the studio or choose local delivery to a confirmed delivery zone (a delivery fee applies). Please collect or be available to receive your cake on the agreed date and time window.
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. We take care, but we can't guarantee a cake is completely free from any allergen. Please tell us about any allergies before you order.
We use your name, contact details and order information only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. We don't sell your data.
